Cultural Competency Workshop
Roam provides workshops to camp leaders and staff on cultural competency. These workshops will cover cultural dimensions that are relevant to camp. Staff will be able to understand how cultural differences can impact a staff’s experience at their camp.

Culture Work-Up
Roam will create a comprehensive “workup” of cultures you’ve hired each summer.

Pricing for your project will be unique to you and your needs. There is no fee for a 30 minute consultation for your needs and project.
Project depth and time required completion will be taken into account into determine an estimated project pricing ahead of approval. The base hourly rate is $40/hour. A project based pricing can be discussed and negotiated. If additional requests outside the original scope of work is requested, the hourly rate will be applied.
Once terms of the project are agreed upon, 15% of project fees (non-refundable) are due upon contract agreement. The client will be sent an invoice for the remainder 85% before the final product is handed over. Final payment confirmation will be required for the project to be released to the client.
Roam's policy is to be in regular contact with the client with updates and benchmarks reached. The client will be asked to review the contents of the project one or more times (depending on the size and timeline of the project) to ensure Roam is meeting the standards of the client.
Refunds: The 15% fee due upon project start is non-refundable once the contract agreement is signed. The client may request the project to be closed at any time, but the work done will be withheld from the client. Refunds requested after full completion of work will be considered on a case by case basis. Non-approvals for actions such as visa or naturalization rejections are not a basis for refunds. Roam will continue to work with your case, with no additional expense, for any manageable rejections that could be reversed. (For example, if your application was rejected because additional information was requested)
